Hey I'm Megan
The Warrior Movement was founded in 2022. After years of personal battle with weight gain, low self-esteem and poor mental health, I decided to gain qualifications in personal training and nutrition to educate myself around living a healthy lifestyle.
I wanted to create a safe space for females to learn how exercise and nutrition could support them to become physically and mentally strong, building their inner Warrior.
Our mission as a team is to support as many women as possible to feel empowered and confident in their own skin. Over the last 2 years, 400+ females have become a part of The Warrior Movement, creating a healthier version of themselves and gaining an unmatched female community.

Hey I'm Molly
I’m thrilled to introduce myself as The Warrior Movement’s new Head Coach.
I’ve always lived an active lifestyle, competing in martial arts as a child and spending years immersed in dance and fitness. Like many mums, I lost sight of prioritising my health in my 20s after having two children. Three years ago, I rediscovered my passion for lifting and nutrition, transforming my confidence and outlook on life.
Now, I’m dedicated to helping mums and women over 30 prioritise their health, rebuild their confidence, and thrive in a supportive community.
Megan has created something truly special with TWM, and I’m so proud to be part of it.
