Hey I'm Megan
The Warrior Movement was founded in 2022. After years of personal battle with weight gain, low self-esteem and poor mental health, I decided to gain qualifications in personal training and nutrition to educate myself around living a healthy lifestyle.
I wanted to create a safe space for females to learn how exercise and nutrition could support them to become physically and mentally strong, building their inner Warrior.
Our mission as a team is to support as many women as possible to feel empowered and confident in their own skin. Over the last 2 years, 400+ females have become a part of The Warrior Movement, creating a healthier version of themselves and gaining an unmatched female community.

Hey I'm jess
I’m so excited to have joined TWM as Head Coach.
I’ve always been passionate about exercise, starting my first gym membership at age 13. Exercise has been a constant in my life. In 2024 I joined TWM as a client for support with nutrition and a program. Making progress whilst also keeping up with a busy social life was important to me and TWM helped me do that.
I want to support women to reach their full potential both physically and mentally whilst learning to manage balance and enjoy life. Coaching is not just about a desired physique; it’s the confidence you build in yourself along the way that positively benefits other areas of your life too.
TWM is a sisterhood and a community that I am very proud to be a part of.
